Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-07-14

These Terms govern your use of notrack.ai. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If you use the service, you accept them.

1. What this service is

notrack.ai is a free, account-free AI chat service. You type; a language model generates a reply. That is the whole product.

The service is operated by notrack.ai ("we", "us"). You can reach us through our support form.

2. You must be 18 or older

This service is for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that using an uncensored AI is lawful where you are.

The AI is uncensored: it will discuss adult, explicit, disturbing, and controversial subject matter without moralizing at you. That is the point of it, and it is not suitable for minors.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use notrack.ai. If we learn that a user is a minor, we will terminate their access.

3. The AI is software, not a person

You are talking to a machine. It is not a human being, not a therapist, not a doctor, not a lawyer, and not a friend who knows you — even when it sounds like one. It has no feelings, no memory of you between sessions, and no understanding of your life.

Its output is generated text. It can be wrong, biased, outdated, offensive, or entirely invented while sounding completely confident.

Do not rely on it for anything that matters. Nothing it says is medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety advice. For decisions with real consequences, consult a qualified human professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

4. We run open-source models — and we do not control what they say

notrack.ai runs open-weight language models — the same models that are publicly available to researchers, companies, and anyone else who wants to download them. We host them on our own hardware.

We do not author the model's output, we do not review it before you see it, and we do not endorse it. The model produces text statistically; it does not hold opinions and neither do we by relaying them.

Except for the safety limits described in our Acceptable Use Policy, we do not curate, moderate, or sanitize what the model says to you.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Read it — it is short and it is serious.

In particular, and without exception: any sexual content involving minors is absolutely prohibited, as is assistance with terrorism, weapons of mass harm, and violence against real people.

We operate automated safety systems — including an always-on child-safety system — which may refuse, redirect, or end a conversation. We may block your access to the service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. Where the law requires it, we cooperate with law enforcement.

6. Your inputs and the outputs

You are responsible for what you type into the service and for what you do with what comes out of it.

As between you and us, we claim no ownership of your prompts or of the text the model generates for you. You may use the outputs, including commercially, subject to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the law.

Outputs are not unique. The same prompt may produce similar text for someone else, and we make no claim that any output is original or free of third-party rights. Checking that is on you.

You grant us only the minimal, temporary licence we need to operate the service — to transmit your message to the model, generate a reply, show it to you, and store your conversation so you can return to it. Nothing more.

We do not use your conversations to train or fine-tune AI models.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Please read them; they say what we actually do, in plain words.

8. The service is free, and provided as-is

notrack.ai is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that your conversations will remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or reputation, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, or from your reliance on any output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Indemnity

If your use of the service breaches these Terms or the law and that causes a claim against us, you agree to indemnify us against that claim, including reasonable legal costs.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version always lives at this URL, with the date it was last changed at the top. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to signal it on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, and the courts of the country in which the operator is established have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

13. Language

These Terms may be translated for your convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.

14. Contact

For anything at all — questions, legal matters, data requests — use our support form. It reaches us directly and we read every message.

For abuse and safety reports you can also write to [email protected]. Reports involving minors are our highest priority.
