Paying with crypto

Short version: send the exact amount we show you, on the network we ask for, and your plan switches on by itself. Both of those matter more than they look — a coin sent on the wrong network cannot be retrieved by anybody, and the amount is the only thing that tells your payment apart from everyone else's.

Paying with USDT or USDC

You can pay for a plan with USDT on TRON or USDC on Base. There is no card, no account with a payment company, and no name or billing address.

What we keep is the payment itself: the transaction, the amount, and the date your plan runs to. That is also the record you would want if anything ever needed sorting out, which is why we send it to you as a receipt when you have given us an email.

When you choose to pay in coin we show you one address and one exact amount. Send that amount to that address from any wallet or exchange. We watch the blockchain and your plan switches on by itself, usually within a minute or two of the transfer confirming.

Two things that cannot be undone

Send on the network we ask for

USDT on TRON (TRC20), or USDC on Base. Coins sent on a different network do not arrive, and nobody can retrieve them — not us, and not the exchange you sent them from. One exception: USDT or USDbC sent on Base — the right network, the wrong coin — we do see. It is not credited automatically, because those are different tokens, but write to [email protected] with the transaction and a person will sort it out.

Send the exact amount

The last digits of the amount are how we tell your payment apart from everyone else's. TRON transfers carry no message field, so the amount is the only label there is. Rounding it up or down means we cannot see that the payment is yours.

How long you have

A payment request is held for 45 minutes. That is how long we reserve that exact amount for you.

If the transfer arrives later than that, it is not lost. It goes into a queue that a person checks, and [email protected] will sort it out — write to us with the transaction and we will find it. If you sent the wrong amount, the same applies: nothing is gone, it just needs a person.

What you are buying

A fixed period, paid up front. It does not renew by itself: there is no card to charge and no standing agreement. When it runs out the plan stops and nothing further is taken from you. Come back and pay again whenever you want more time.

If you already have time on your plan, paying again adds to it rather than replacing it. The new period starts the day the current one ends, so nothing overlaps and no days are lost.

If you gave us an email address, we send a receipt with the transaction, the exact amount and the date your plan runs to. Keep it — a blockchain payment leaves no card statement and no receipt from a payment company, so that email and the transaction on the chain are the record that you paid.

If you change your mind

The same fourteen days apply as to any other payment, and a refund is paid back in coin to a wallet address you give us. Refunds and cancellation sets out how, and why we cannot simply send it back where it came from.
