Everything that governs how notrack.ai works, in one place. These documents are written to be read, not to be survived — plain sentences, no fog, and no promises the service does not actually keep.
Documents
- Terms of Service
- The agreement between you and notrack.ai: what the service is, what you may and may not do with it, and the limits of what we promise.
- Privacy Policy
- What we collect, what we do not, where your conversations actually go, and what we would hand over if we were compelled to.
- Acceptable Use Policy
- The specific things you cannot do with the service, and what happens if you do them.
- Child Safety Standards
- Our absolute prohibition on child sexual abuse and exploitation, the screening that enforces it on every message, and how to report a concern.
- Delete Your Data
- How to remove a single conversation, how to have everything erased, and what identifies you when there is no account.
- Cookie Policy
- The handful of things we store in your browser, and what each one is for.
Reporting something
Abuse, a child-safety concern, a legal notice, or a data request — all of it reaches us through notrack.ai/support. No account is needed, and you do not have to identify yourself.
If you would rather write to a person: supportnotrack.ai@gmail.com. Child-safety matters go to Alex, who is named on the Child Safety Standards page.
Child-safety reports are reviewed ahead of everything else. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first, not us.
The mobile application
These documents cover the NoTrack Android application as well as the website. Where a policy applies only to one of them, it says so.
